Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our Skincare range, we are unable to refund any item that has been used or opened.

To be eligible for a refund , your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused & in the original packaging/ sealed.

We have a 7 day return Policy which means :
You have 7 days from receipt of the item (the documented Delivery date) , to request a refund.

Due to the nature of the product , & for hygiene reasons, please be aware that we do NOT offer exchanges or refunds on products due to a change of mind or incorrect product purchase , as all skin is unique.

Our website has been made extremely user friendly. As a business we have made an effort to keep our clients educated about our Products to help you make an informed decision .

Please note, due to the Covid -19 situation , we may experience delivery delays as our natural products are made overseas.
